SELATEK acquires Deltatec

SELATEK strengthens its position in the automation field through the acquisition of Deltatec, a well-renowned engineering firm specializing in tailor-made solutions within process and automation technology. Deltatec offers a comprehensive range of services – from consultation and project management to system design, engineering, and industrial IT – with focus on clients in the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as the water & waste treatment and energy sectors.

Deltatec was founded in 2007 and has currently 14 employees with offices in Trollhättan and Stockholm. The Company’s annual revenue amounts to approximately SEK 40m. The current owners will continue in their operational roles and remain as shareholders within the Group.
